Plastic Tub is running on MediaWiki (http://wikipedia.sourceforge.net/) v.1.3.0 beta5. Primarily developed for Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia), an internet-based collaborative encyclopedia. Though Wikipedia is best know, many other sites utilizing the software are sprouting daily across the network -- check em' out. (http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Sites_using_MediaWiki)

For general help on using Plastic Tub, please see the MediaWiki User's Guide (http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki_User%27s_Guide), particularly for an understanding of wiki scripting and general formatting guidelines. Specific to Plastic Tub is the local style guide,currently under development.
