The Double Stimes is a publishing house founded in 1996 and dedicated to collecting and republishing rare and archival Associationalist literary output. The term double stimes arose from a local misunderstanding concerning Mazzistow Carrington's peculiar cattle brand.

The Double Stimes was also a knot described in an early field manual for Lads and Lassies of the Skillet with directions to "Tie. Tie again."
