A sparsely published periodical edited by Mazzistow Carrington and principally authored by Nevid Kessar in the year 1967. Two issues were produced and by accident of the printers, featured the same cover; articles focused primarily on Mazzistow Carrington's Philosophical Doctrine of Auto-Colonialism and Poob Culture, as well as several early papers pertaining to his formulation of Onanthatical Religio-Economic Theory and its relationship to current populist movements in the area of BBQ preparation and the underground traffic in family recipes.

The paper ceased publishing and the offices closed after repeated bomb threats which were never investigated by the Dallas authorities. But the incidental ephemera of their east Dallas office was meticulously inspected by supposed mushrooms from the International Fund for Social Relief.
